Made my own genesis. I need a little help though.

It looks like the hole for the wick is huge in the line. Much bigger than the 2mm hole I am using. I did try moving the negative terminal up but got about the same results. I am loosing a lot of flavor somewhere. I will get one good drag and the flavor will be there and then the rest are kinda lame. I wonder if it could just be the 325 mesh.

It is bigger but by how much I don't recall. I am pretty certain the holes for the teerminals are 2mm though, for comparison's sake. Your pic shows a healthy amount of wick above the coil to act as a reservoir, perhaps remove a coil so it runs cooler and wicking can keep up? It sounds like when it is wet enough at the beginning you are happy, but then it gets too dry.
