The boss was out yesterday so i took advantage of the workshop. For the last 5 years ive been working as a piano technician, and as much as i enjoy making stuff in the workshop ive moved on recently and im only working there on occasion for some extra $$$.

believe me in know i am...i was actually laid off temporarily twice in the last 3 years because my employer was struggling so badly (i guess its pretty hard to sell pianos when people dont know how they are going to pay the mortgage). the first time was for about 4 months, and the second just over 6. i happened to get an offer for a more stable job about a year and a half ago but needed to get licensed to work. so basically i spent the last 18 months working and going to school to get my real estate appraisal license, and i started the new job about a month ago. its been a long year but things are looking up!
