Today I decided to bore out my igo-w cap using a 6/74 drill bit. However, because of the sharp metal edges the drill created inside the top cap it seems to be preventing it from fully closing when attaching it back to the bottom part. I tried using a filer but its just too big and the cap is round so it's very difficult. Any suggestions on how I can file it? Hope this makes sense. Thanks.
