So my innokin was sent in last week already. no response or emails. I don't know what to say but i want my money back to buy the product somewhere customer service is reliable. Never had an issue that took so long. not even a week and my unit wasn't charging and took almost a week to get a reply. it stopped there and no more help..What the ..... At least give me an update .....​

Our support techs have responded to your multiple tickets on 10/21, 10/22, 10/23, 10/24, 11/01 and 11/04.

You stated that your device wasn't working, then it was, then it wasn't and that you would send it back.

We would be more than happy to replace the unit, if defective, or refund the price of the product but we have yet to receive it back or receive any tracking info from you.

In the madvapes forum, I have responded to you multiple times with offers to help with processing your return but you have chosen to create new posts rather than reply to my requests to help you.

As soon as we receive your item back we will issue a refund on it.
