VapeNW Defective or wrong product

    Never, I repeat - NEVER! buy anything from VapeNW. Ordered an iStick 60w kit that took over 3 weeks to arrive (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because it was shipped to Canada). Product arrived defective, didn't report the defect within 2 days which was impossible because I didn't use the thing until almost a week after it arrived. Contacted customer support and they showed me the return policy which covers just about nothing. Complete disregard and lack of respect for it's customers.

    A company that does not stand by its products so save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.​
