If you click the tank link, that gets somewhat hidden behind the replacement parts popup, it will bring you to the tanks. Working on fixing that.

I see the replacement parts but how do you tell what tanks the cartos go too?

Carto tanks take tank carto replacements. The other style tanks do not take cartos, so if you have the 5ml, 6ml. 3.5ml or eGo tank sets they should all take the punched cartos. Viva Nova and Smotech screw tanks do not take cartos.
