Why dont you just CALL them instead of waiting for them to check their ticket system, then the forums, then email, then then then then......They designed the ticket system for a reason....so that they wouldnt have to go back and forth between the forums, email, phone messages, and anything else just to find ONE persons order out of ALL the orders/tickets they get in a day...it is entirely too confusing and a waste of time for them to be doing all of that. I understand you being "antsy" about gettting your order and making sure it is takin care of and all that, but you gotta give them a chance. You say you put your ticket in Friday evening, im guessing after hours, now account for the weekend, (nobody wants to work on the weekend, doesnt matter who ya are) and now you have to account for however many tickets/orders were put in before yours...... all im saying is that IT'S ONLY MONDAY AFTERNOON!!!! BE PATIENT!
madvapes has great customer service, and they WILL take care of the problem, just give them a chance, they wrok hard and at their pace, just because you don't feel like waiting, doesn't make them the bad guy. Sorry for rambling on, but doing this that and the other thing just to take care of the problem is such a waste of everybodies time.....even this post....I just want people to understand that patience patience patience will aid in almost all problems.
