I also submitted a ticket without an email confirmation ! I am waiting for an email with my tracking ID#! Will u look up mine too hoogie? Thanks I have opened a ticket before and have always also had an immediate reply ? Mine is about my 18650 true fire batt was DOA... Wanted to send it in for a new one. Should I just send it in? Or wait? Sorry not trying to hijack thread, just having same problem.

Please let me know what's going on.
Had a missing item in order. Took like 3 days to get response ticket. Did get auto response from filling one. After which gives you link. Placed another small order to give guys another shot. Placed order at noon yesterday. Did not ship tell few minutes ago. Guess these guys have shipping and filling order problems. Maybe I just have bad luck.
