I have heard nothing but praise for madvapes and their superior customer service, so I ordered a Sit&Go USB Passthrough from them. I added Priority Shipping so I would get it fast. Four days later, I received a DOA unit.... They have a "ticket system" for returns, so I filled out a return ticket and generated an RMA number. The instructions stated that someone would respond to the ticket shortly. It has been four days now, and still no response.
Does anybody have experience with this sort of thing? Should I return the item first, or should I wait for a response to my return ticket post? I added this question to that post, but still no response. I REALLY want the passthrough, and am willing to pay expedited shipping (again).
