I see, there already is a thread on that... my bad. Thank goodness for search functions!
leaford, they don't do currency conversions for American customers because much to my surprise, their prices ARE in American currency. I found that out when my $124 order translated to a $167 CD charge to my PayPal.
Sonnyinbc, how did you get in contact with a real person to get a name? I've only gotten email with no individual signature. Do you have a phone number for them?
The epuffer order was made on the 2nd of March. While checking their order tracker it showed that up until today the order was processed and not shipped?! Today I received an email notifying me that the order has been back ordered.
Thanks for the encouragement!
If you look at the e-cig E-9 pics on the e-cig site, it does look exactly the Bloog. I find it odd that a cc was charged on 2/10 yet the product didn't "leave" China until 2/27. Even in a best case scenario it would be 10 to 20 days from China to the US from 2/27. I know things are rough with customs but ordering from your supplier after you take money with a 2 to 3 week lead time is not exactly professional IMHO.
BTW, sent an email to the vendor I like about why they are not on the forum. Hope to get a response soon.
Also read here that Johnson Creek does not have an FDA certificate like they post on their site. Anyone else see that?
I have one direct from e-cig.com, so I recognize the design and packaging. The two piece charger, silver colored connectors on the cartridges, and the 4-cartridge packs are all a dead giveaway.Ah, thank you very much for the insight, Leaford. I'm just wondering though, how did you find out the Bloog was an e-cig.com LTv9 clone? I asked nycsublimegirl if their manufacturer was e-cig.com because I think I read it in your blog, and she said they have never disclosed to anyone who their manufacturer is, and that she wasn't allowed to say, so I'm just wondering how you found out about it.
I just checked, and the letters refer to how many cartridges are included in the package. It comes with a new case now, BTW.Also, since e-cig.com isn't calling it the "New Mini-Ecig" anymore, do you know which model Bloog and Red Dragon are using? I'm assuming it's the E-Cig E8, but they have 4 different types - A, B, C and D.
Oh and Leaford, I noticed a post you made sometime back where someone had asked you about refilling those LTv9 style atomized carts and you replied and said you weren't having any luck...
When I first started talking with nycsublimegirl about the Bloog, that was one of the first questions I asked. I don't have any e-liquid so I never tried it with the ePuffer carts. She said it's not as hard as some people think to refill those things. This is what she told me about the best technique, and I'm not allowed to directly quote PM's as per forum rules but I'll give you a rundown, and this is for anyone else interested in trying this as well:
She said after you've puffed on a cart for a while, but before you smoke it dry, periodically drip about 5 drops in through the hole on the mouthpiece. No need to remove the silicone seal or drip in through the battery end, just drip in through the hole in the mouthpiece. After each drop, blow through it to pop any bubbles that might be in there.
Not sure if it works, I don't have any liquid to test with, but she said she can generally refill most of these carts for up to a week before the atomizers die from the dripping on them.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for the encouragement!

Staresm: I got a phone call from Lisa Green at epuffer and have looked on my phone and all the long distance calls just give me a number and a "out of area" message. No company name or person`s name. Checked thru the incoming calls back to Feb.15 .
Same as you was surprised when my credit card bill was higher because of the exchange rate. Now, I just add 20% to what my bill is and it comes out about right.
Got the epuffer phone number from paypal--it is--647-476-6020

I got a bad charger from them and they replied to my email telling me that if I ordered something else, they'd send a replacement AC charger without receiving the faulty one. So I ordered a USB charger. Then after using EAZE micro (808) for 4 days, the atomizer crapped out. After a week with no replies to 3 emails, I packed it all up and sent it back nearly 2 weeks ago but haven't heard a sound from them yet.

That's all right! I confirm from my side as well. I guess esmoke.net is testing their stuff before they ship it and playing hardball with the distributor/manufacturer. I guess they could considering all the positive feedback they got. IT looks like they are selling a lot and the right way. I gave up counting, a couple of them are mine and my girls: (I left out the two negs because they were ridiculous)
Fast shipping~Item as described~Thanks~
Hope to deal with you again. Thank you.
Item just as described, Thanks
What a great item for such a great price! A++++++ seller!...............
I hear ya. I walked away and ate the lost money. Absolutely crap.
I could go as far as to make a website called epuffersucks.com and let the world run rampant and slander them to no end.
That's what they're hoping people will do. quote]
Ya know what? That's the impression I got. It pains me that they got a mention on USA National TV. I imagine that got them a ton of orders and a 20% restocking fee is a tidy profit for sending out non-working junk. For all we know, restocking means taking our broken parts and putting them into another customers order because that's how disorganized I think they are. I'd love to get feedback from those returning an entire order and if they get a full refund or are hit with the restocking fee - we already know you'll be out $12+ s/h. The only consolation is that their poor reputation will catch up with them thanks to bulletin boards and personal reviews.
