Can one of the mods delete my other thread since it got edited and doesn't make sense?
I ordered a bunch of cartos from madvapes (Smoktech - see my thread on bad batches) and tried to address this issue with MadVapes. All I got was a stuffy reply giving bogus statistics like 1 in 5,000 cartos fail. The e-mail reply basically said that it wasn't their problem because I agreed to the rules when I bought them.
Again, I tried to let MadVapes know of the Smoktech problem, simply trying to be helpful. They responded and once again basically told me that their cartos aren't under warranty.
Never purchasing another product from their company. Customer service is everything to me. As the customer, spending money, I should be treated with kindness for supporting their company.
