Hi. I'm still kinda new to the vaping world. ~4 months in. I just wanted to tell you all of my recent experience with madvapes involving a defective Groove. I ordered one May 7, and received it May 10. It was dead May 12. Opened a ticket and got a prompt response. Sent it back May 14. Replacement arrived May 22. Didn't have a chance to test it till May 23. So far working much differently, and FAR better than what I sent back. Who knows why? They asked no questions, and I'm not going to either.
