I would give madvapes another chance. They will fix your issue but you will need patience and some kindness. I've dealt with quite a few suppliers for all things e-cig and madvapes is always the people that I come back to. I had a small issue once with MV early on and I went through the ticket system and everything got fixed up right away. It sucks you got the wrong batteries but I think you should give MadVapes another chance and see if they can win back your business. Just my opinion. I too as a new member/vaper (I am only assuming by your post count) made some posts on ECF trying to get MadVapes attention. I later felt embarrassed about that once I got a better feeling for the company and how they handled issues, how great their prices are, how nice their employees were to me, etc. Anyways, good luck and I hope your journey smoothens out over some time.

Ice,
I always give people (and companies) the benefit of the doubt in manners such as this, but if you reread MadVapes initial reply to my original posting you'll see that they did not offer to fix my issue. In fact they asked for me to modify my own mod to make the batteries they sold me fit. MadVapes never once reached out to me to fix the problem. Heck, they didn't even bother to reply when I posted that they had sent me the wrong brand than what I had ordered. And since this was all posted within MadVapes own forum on ECF they cannot say they did not see/read it. Sorry, it wasn't worth my time and additional postage cost to me to send them back $15 worth of batteries...and apparently it wasn't worth their time or cost to make this customer satisfied. :grr:
