I filled the tank up with apple pie last night. When I woke up, there were cracks on the inside. I guess this means I'm trying the stainless window for the real Ithaca. Polycarbonate should be banned from e-cig products.

How does that Fogger V2 compare to an Ithaca clone? Can it do dual coil with only one space for a wick? I'm pretty happy with the Magoo, minus the tank window. I like tank systems, want windows, and adjustable juice and air flows are a must.

Couldn't agree more. I simply refuse to buy "high-end" atties that are designed around plastic tanks. Means I'm probably missing out, but so be it.

It is this very issue that prevented me from buying the fasttech clone. I was right about to buy it until someone commented on the polycarbonate tank. Total deal breaker for a more expensive piece of equipment. I agree with PC being banned from advanced e cig products, why cant they just use Polypropylene, SS, or glass? I wont buy any PC products again.

I see it the other way. If there's plastics that can dissolve in any (vapeable) liquid, I'm not using it... no matter how fast or slow the process might be.

There's ongoing debates on the safety of using polycarbonate as container for anything meant for human ingestion. Some countries have already taken measures to ban certain uses. First and foremost in baby bottles. Is it all bull and fearmongering? I don't know. But I'll stick to my pyrex tanks. I see no reason not to.

Sorry for the scary derailment.

Edit: Slightly shortened.
