Lol! Believe it or not more than one person has asked me if vaping has helped me lose weight. sigh... It was really simple. I educated myself, ate right, and exercised. I kept it pretty strict for about a year and now I've loosed up and I'm maintaining well. If you would like any more specific info msg me!
