I have a buzz I bought a couple/few years ago. I drip and it gets messy. I wipe the top if the liquid pools there.. but I had to send it in to be repaired once because it blew something inside it.. to the tune of "too much money" after what I paid for it.. I started smoking again in the meantime because I didn't have a backup device other than an ego. My bad.

So I've been trying to use it again and I'm dripping. And it's dirty. again. There is juice inside where the 501 atomizer screws on. I can't reach it to clean it with a qtip or corner of a cloth. I don't know how (and would prefer not to) disassemble the device to clean it properly. But I am afraid of it breaking again or losing connection to the battery. So how do I clean around the screw? And why would it being around the screw break the insides like last time. Isn't this a self contained unit? I mean I'm not a total slob. there is a certain amount of juice that comes out of the atomizer when you drip. I only use 2 drips but things like tasty vapor liquid is so liquidy it seeps out. Anyway.. help!

5C and Wharf have it! Be sure you take the bottom cap and batteries out before you soak it, a shot glass or similar size works great. Loosen the screw in the top cap so it can soak under it too. Be absolutely sure it's completely dry before you try to use it!! And a sealed 510 to 510 adapter is the best thing you can do to protect your electronics. A can of compressed air is great for cleaning adapters too :)

Rubbing alcohol right? I just want to make sure. I'm afraid of getting the guts wet.

Also I can't find the ultrafire batteries that went into this buzz on the website. Anyone know where they went? I only have 4 and I think they're wearing out or something. It says 16340 880 mAh 3.6V Li-lon on it.
