So I am as newas it prolly gets around here, I bought a $20 disposable e-cig at a gas stationon my recent trip to the USA (I am from Toronto) and I found it has been asuitable replacement for my "real" cigs, but I want something betterif I am going to try and break off cigs 100%. I also fear this disposable won’tlast much longer and can’t buy anything that contains nicotine in Canada (asfar as I know)

two questions: what do I need? and where do I get it? don’t want to break thebank but $100 would be about my budget for now

any Canadians here have success or failure getting a e-cig shipped across the border?

any help would be great!

I believe there is still a prohibition against nicotine in Canada, but that it is not being enforced. I think you should be able to order juice containing nicotine, but I'm not entirely sure. Check out the Canada Forum for better info. Work your way up to 5 posts and you will be able to post your question there (just post back in this thread if you want to).

Coming from a noob. Buy a 60ish USD starter kit. (preferably more than one battery atomizor/tank.) expect your wicks to burn every 2weeks so buy at least 4 wick replacments.
With the starter kit 60
4 replacment wicks 10 USD
Get at least 40 ml worth of e juice preferably diffrent flavors.

This will set you up for a solid 2 months. I spent 125USD in texas and got 2 batterys one better than the other 4tanks one spare wick and 4 e juices (one at zero nic) this will last me 2-4 months other than wick replacment.

P.s. Took me a week to stop real cigs and i was only trying to save money by using at home. Best if luck.

Ego Sells a rather nice little starter kit for the adjustable voltage batteries, called the " eGOc-Twist. Or the Vision Spinner, you choose. as far as tanks go i would get something like a Kanger tank or a CE4 tank to start off with, get a few Atomizer heads to keep you going for a while, and read up in the General Eliquid discussion and read other reviews on juices/vendors you might like to get an idea of whats out there.

I can't help you with the nicotine juice prohibition in Canada. Some of it gets across from Customs, some of it doesn't from what I've read.

For vaping gear, I recommend avoiding the cigarette-size batteries and going up the next step to the Ego batteries.

Vaping in Toronto is alive and well..... just a lack of B&M locations ( Brick & Mortar - a storefront ).
+1 on canvape.com If you go to their website, you can do either mail-order or they also list their
weekend flea market locations. They also have a facebook page. Nic juice is also widely available
via mail-order from Canadian companies there is a list available via PM in the Canada Forum:

Welcome! There are a number of Canadian stores that sell hardware and juices with or without nicotine. Being in the GTA, you have a ton of them in the local area. Generally, you can order the hardware from abroad just fine, it's the juice that CBSA has a problem with. That's fine though, as the Canadian stores have a decent stock.

Once you've got five posts in this forum, there's a request thread in the Canada forum to have the Canadian suppliers list private messaged to you.

Canvape has five retail locations in the GTA, they're the only supplier that I know of offhand given that I haven't been in Ontario in years. In Alberta, I tend to gravitate towards the BC/Alberta stores, and Jugheads for my juices.

Fellow canadian here! I get my gear from canvape. They are amazing. You can get juice with nic. Canvape brings in hooligans and paradise vapes and a couple others. I just ordered juice from mt baker vapor in washington with not an issue. It's not illegal it's just not allowed over the border in pure form from what ive read. Distributors are good with making the shipping labels vague so it doesn't get confiscated. Also, if u are buying from a canadian supplier you have no need to worry cuz it comes via canada post and doesn't hit a border :) hope this helps and welcome!! :)
