Also I think the phone number to call at the top of the webpage needs to pop more - I have a hard time reading it.

Saw under starter kits you have a "Feature Item" but it is at the bottom, I would either move it above the other kits OR put it on the HOME page (I think I might have suggested that already)

While they are cheap for the newbie or someone experimenting, ditch all those "deal extreme" starter kits and ejuices. The free shipping is awesome and the site looks fine. I don't mean to offend but I am giving my honest opinion. Win or not.

Overall everything looks clean. Easy to navigate. Descriptions of products are good. Only think missing is the major smoke logo in your avatar.

I have to agree, the color scheme just doesn't work well and the bottom part of the front page just isn't attractive. Need to fill with a highlighted product or something. It's coming along well. Just needs a few more tweaks.

On your starter kits, I could not find out what model of pv it was (kr808 I'm thinking, good choice). You'll want more kinds of juice, and DEFFINITLY more strength options, 36ml juice gives me the spins despite the fact I smoked Camel Straights for years. And you'll want to at least offer spare batteries and charging units. I would consider ordering an eGo from you though as your prices are decent.

Aesthetically, I would ditch the pictures of bottles on your "refills-and-e-liquids" page. A picture of tobacco leaves or mint would look better. And when you get more flavors, a picture is more appetizing than 1000 words.

Someone suggested spare batteries. I couldn't agree more, as your kit only includes one battery but includes three chargers. USB, 110, auto. You might make an option to buy spare batteries and carts at a discount with their kit.

Yes. it's a KR-808, one battery. one atomizer, ten refills, usb cable, auto 12v lighter usb jack, 110v usb jack. What's your opinion of the next contest being for a quantity of the 808's with refills? Like to give to friends and family to try e-cigs? I really got them as an inexpensive introduction to e-cigs. Many of us started with convenience store brands like the nJoy or a disposable before moving on to better, more expensive e-cigs. It approximates the experience of more premium units without the expense even though they don't produce as much vapor and have a shorter battery life.

While we're on the subject, has anyone noticed that an auto 12v USB adapter at walmart and Best Buy is like $11 or $14 by itself? (maybe higher qual product, but still!)

That could work. I can think of a couple folks I would give a free starter kit to if I had extras on hand. I only have my one kit and a couple extra batteries.
The thing is, most folks here have massive collections of hardware and juice. Enough to get friends and family started. Could be wrong, but I think the eGo promo is gonna work better for you.

Thanks for the thoughts. I plan on continuing the Dual EGO contests. I was thinking of starting another thread where 4 or 5 kr-808 kits were the prize along with extra refills. That way friends and family could be given new items in a new box. You're right, like many folks here I have piles of e-cig stuff myself from my own progression of starting small with ecigs till now. ECF and the FDA prevent me from making any health or smoking cessation claims but I'd like to see alot more people get started with e-cigs (from any supplier).

I'm agreeing with the others ...I think using your avi pic & building everything around him, would stick in people's memory's better & look better in general. The girls are just way outdated & blah....I read thru the whole site a few days ago & noticed most of the typo's have been fixed or mentioned by others . The site in general works well, flows from page to page etc... just need more stock options & change the photos out with the comic military art work. And maybe some font reworking ,just so its easier to read/see.

I hear you there. Still the e-cigs have lots of advantages other than that: cheaper, no stink, taste better, hard to set the bed on fire, don't have to try and light an e-cig in the wind...If they decided that e-cigs we're strictly NRT, then you would be tied up trying to extol the pleasurable aspects.
Damned both ways until the industry is as big as it's competing interests. At that point the industry will most likely get hopelessly corrupt and faceless.
PS the suggestion to change up the girly theme for the military theme is a good one.

Majorsmoke.com is a very workable website, easy to navigate and looks ok. Its like a hundred other websites out there. My suggestion would be to find something that pops out at you on the Home page. IMHO, the website you have now would suffice for a business that sells items over the internet. I have bookmarked your page and will check back from time to time to see if your inventory has increased. Good luck on your business.
