Now for my input. The site looks good so far. Now for suggestions. A lot of different e-liquids in different flavors and strengths. Offer different pg/vg levels. Some people are allergic to pg and visa versa. I would also offer the option of extra flavoring. Some newbies are having trouble tasting e-juices after they have started vaping for a month or two. Also I would add Diy flavorings to your site. A lot of people would like just one site to buy all of their supplies from. Also add DIY mixing supplies and a lot more hardware for for the different types of pv's the most popular I have seen is the 510 rr atties and lr atties and carto's also the cisco and 306 rr and lr is popular too

The site is nice however the first thing I notice is that it would be nice to have a bigger selection of Juice available, not only will that give customers more choice relating to the flavor of juice that they use but juice tends to be the thing that people continue purchasing so a better selection would help drive additional sales. otherwise everything looks pretty good and your prices seem very competitive.

OK, first off the phone number is not a phone number.
1-877-99 MAJOR (6256). MAJOR should be 62567, but that leads to Verizon conference. Not much help.
On the contact us page it says
1 855 MAJORSMOKE (625-6776). I reached a mechanical voice asking if I knew the extention. A lot of people will hang up at this point. I did. It might be better to have a recording saying, "We appologize...leave your number...as soon as we can."

Your juice description says The Majorsmoke 36mg strength menthol e-liquid in a 50ml dropper bottle is perfect for our stick (510) and tank (ego-t) electronic cigarettes. 50ml goes a long way.
I thought you "stick" ecigs were 808-1s.

man o'man hangdude ....you're really digging . good for you & the major

I was just thinking (as reading thru replies) are these people even looking at the same site ?
that I have read&clicked thru several times now ....

and crap you are actually LOOKING/clicking & trying stuff out ...
Put me & my "snooty" thoughts in their place ....

I still think it would be a LOT more interesting & original to use the military theme/colors/artwork etc ....
than those generic girls .........and "yes" you need lots more stock but that takes time & will come as you get established ......I'm guessing ....

HangDude,

Thanks for the catch. The phone # was recently edited on the main page of the site after alot of feedback about the font being too small. There was a typo. The number is 855-625-6776. It will be updated shortly.

The number 855-625-6776 translates to 855-maj-orsm. On a phone when you start to dial the extra characters "oke", the dial is already happening.

As an aside, the auto-attendant voice currently has a British accented female. I always liked the sound of a British accented female voice. That whole auto-attendant is actually getting re-done soon.

Very thorough feedback. Thanks again!

Kelley That is an excellent idea. This is what I meant in my last post, That would stand out on your home page.

I still get a "done but with errors" message in IE8 on your 'Free Shipping' page. I am sure it is one of the 57 share links.

'Site Links' and 'Sitemap' still don't go anywhere, nor does your YouTube icon.

You still need to sort out your "sort by" and "ascending/descending order" buttons before you get in more product choices. You don't want all the products listed for somebody that just wants a starter kit.

When looking at products, the 'onmouseover' feature works on links that have text. So if you put your mouse on the "add to cart" button, a box pops up that says, "add to cart". Put your mouse over the link that says "starter kit (mb)" and a box pops up that says, "starter box (mb)". But if you scroll onto the picture link of an item, no box telling you what it is pops up. I would think you would need a 'onmouseover' discription of the picture more than of the worded link.

While on the onmouseover pop ups, when you scroll over your phone number it says "call!". I would get rid of the exclamation point because it kinda reads like calll to my weak tired eyes. Maybe it won't in the morning. Wait, it is morning. Oh poop, another day starts. But it is a Friday! *big happy face*

Finally, I will try to catch you online sometime in the day Friday. I will let you know what I see on check out.

This is just a reminder that that this contest will be closing at 150 replies! It was originally going to be 1000 replies. The feedback has been so good and so much valuable information has been gathered by all of you that we've decided to close this contest at 150 posts. We'll be starting again right away with another contest and probably a second contest at the same time. Thanks again everyone!

I know how much you look forward to me posting, and my nit pic-a-dee. Here goes.
On the "free Shipping" page, have you tested all of the 'share' links? I didn't think so. You should probably test them because I am not going to. But I will tell you at least two of them are bad links.

Shoutwire you have as http://wwww.shoutwire.net/
Mylinkvault you have as http://wwww.mylinkvault.net/

Unless they changed world wide web to world wide wasklie web, you need to take one of the "w"s out.

Your site looks very good, and only 17 posts from being perfect.

I've been following this thread since my other post, and I love how you have been taking all of the suggestions to heart... :)

I would suggest putting the eGo Tank kits under the "Starter Kits" as well, because some of the newer customers might not know what they are...

And I agree about that black space on the home page needing to be filled with something, and the age verification, too.

Keep up the good work!!! :thumb:

For better SEO (search engine optimization) I would make some changes to the following line in your code:

Here's what you have - <meta name="keywords" content="e-cig, e-cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, personal vaporizer, vaporizer, nicotine, 18 years old, no smoke, no odor, no tar, no 2nd hand smoking, no yellow teeth" />

What you should have here are words that people would be searching for so I think I would eliminate these, 18 years old, no smoke, no odor, no tar, no 2nd hand smoking, no yellow teeth.

I would add these, E-liquid, nic juice, Ego-T, Tank Atomizer, electronic cigarette starter kits.

OK, I will try to explain what happens to me at check out. I put items in my cart. No problems. You may want a pop up if someone wants to delete an item. "Are you sure you want to put this back on the shelf?" would be fine.

I hit the "Checkout" button. New page, my Security Warning box pops up.
"Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?.....bla bla.... HTTPS conection....more bla bla.."
If I hit no, it takes me to your https "log in" page. Perfect, no problems.
If I hit yes, it takes me to a pictureless version of the same page. Background is all white. No css or scripts. Just text links and log in. Everything works (links, login), but it's all so 1994 internet. There is a padlock icon at the top of my window, near the address bar. It basically says "Should I trust this site?, View Certificates". I see no way of getting past, unless I go back and click "no" at security warning (or just use 1994 page).
