It would be interesting if PS would make flashlight adapters to fit the Prodigy, to turn it into an emergency flashlight if needed.

I'm sure other adapters could be made for it, like for a mini-screwdriver (real screwdriver for turning screws, not the vaping mod, lol), dremel tool, and possible others.

I'm only halfway joking about this, by the way. Seriously, it would be interesting to see what sorts of adapters could be made. I'd buy a flashlight one. The Prodigy already feels like a good, solid, expensive mini flashlight.

I'd buy a Prodigy mini-screwdriver and dremel, too.

I'd like a plug where you unscrew the battery plug and screw in a solid plug that turns the Protege into a pass thru

hummmmmm. Possible money making idea on the side idea........... Of course only if Steve says it's ok:)

Nah...

No offense to Steve, of course, but I don't think anyone needs to seek his permission to attach "unapproved" devices to the Prodigy. And no one really needs to get permission to make addons for it. It's their own money and time. In fact, making addons for it would only serve to boost Steve's sales, so I'm sure he'd be happy about it, actually.

Does the Prodigy have a MAIN on/off switch? I'm assuming it doesn't (I just ordered 2).
If not, I really REALLY want a battery cap with an on/off switch on it (like a flashlight) just so I don't fry an atomizer by depressing the button while it's in my pocket...
I know it's not exactly an add-on idea, it's not really even an idea, but it's definitely a hope and a wish, lol

No it does not but neither have there been any reports of the button depressing while in the pocket. There is some resistance and it has to be fully depressed.

This is comforting and all, but I'm a guy who carries half his belongings in his pockets.
I'll just have to be careful I suppose, I'd really prefer a main on/off switch regardless of how much resistance the button has.
Maybe I can mod my own end cap... hmmm
