You would add 720mg of nicotine. I can't tell you a volume since you didn't include the concentration of your nicotine.
I don't know if this will be helpful either, but you could take your 120 ml. bottle at 6 mg, and mix it with a 120 ml. bottle at 18 mg. That would give you 240 ml. at 12 mg. nic.
Welcome to Eckeff! As Bliss Doubt mentions, your easiest path would be to just buy another 120mL of 18mg and mix it half and half.
