Just search on youtube there are tons of videos on how to make juice, as for pg/vg alot of videos explain the difference. Basic.... PG = thinner, more flavor but no real vapor. VG = really thick, tons of vapor, kinda dulls flavors and is a tad sweet. A good place to buy everything is Wizard Labs. you need the Nicotine base, PG and or VG usually people do 50/50% but its up to you. I personally do 100%VG you will also need your flavors. Now I could go on for an hour on everything else but thats the absolute basics. You also do need a calculator for juice it will make sure you get the right nicotine % that you want.

Start to do your own eliquids is not that easy. The basics are somewhat easy to understand but it requires a lot of time and many failed experiences :).
You need your bases, nicotine and flavours to make your own juice. As sparkky1 said e-juice me up is the best tool to start understanding the numbers and ratios. A lot of tutorials are out there, just google it. I buy my bases (VG and PG) at pink-mule.com - they have premade bases already with nicotine wich, for me, is easiear and saffer to use.
There are many flavours brands, I use Flavour Art, Perfumers Apprentice and a new Polish brand called LiquidPure. For recipes I advise you to start with simple flavours like 1/2 flavours liquids. There are many recipes around there just google "eliquid recipes" and you will find a new world ;).
You also need to read info about steeping your juice.

Its not all that hard, just has a learning curve. https://www.myfreedomsmokes.com/nicotine-base-flavorings.html. These guys carry everything you will need to get started. There are lots of other places. RTS, Wizard Lab etc. I would suggest getting your nicotine in a multiple of the strength you intend to use. (if you want 12 then 24,36,48) Makes the math easier until your comfortable.
