Malic acid in diy???

I have some malic acid powder and was wondering if its good for sweetener or anything else in diy juice. Now Im also wondering do I just mix certain amount of powder with pg and add to juice accordingly. Thanks for all opinions and help

Malic Acid is not a sweetener. It is to tart what Citric Acid is to to sour. TPA Sweet & Sour is a combination of the two. Dissolving in PG or PGA would certainly create an additive you could certainly use in DIY but you'll have to check for the ratio as I disremember and cannot brain that at this moment.

|More than likely, someone smarter than I will chime in with the proper mix.

Thanks everyone I figured out how to dissolve it and just used it in a batch and pretty satisfied with it
