Remember when the first electronic cig kiosks opened? In my city, most appeared to be operated by middle east folks-- they'd blow vapor at you as you walked by talking canned sales speech. I never stopped because I wasn't ready.
Last night, I saw another and stopped. It was being operated by (not owners) by an obviously local couple. I casually walked around, looking at the ego type batteries and the small bottles of juice. The woman approached me and asked me if I'd like any information. I asked about the juice base ratio and she looked at me like I was crazy. I then took out my provari mini, topped with a carto tank from IBTanked.
It was as if I had brought out a two-headed lizard. At first she just stared blankly, then with astonishment squealed (yes, squealed), "What it that??" I gave her the brand name, but quickly realized that meant nothing- the woman, as an ambassador to the world of vaping, not only did not recognize a battery other than the ego type, but didn't know what a carto tank was either! You should have seen the look on her face when I showed her the battery inside!
Dang, just dang.
