I felt the same way; I think it's just necessary to realize that this is not an analog. It is a MUCH tighter draw, so you have to be slow and long. It's a little weird, but it does work if you can draw a little slower.
Hi Sturrs, are you any good with a dremel tool? You can carefully drill out the little air holes on the atomizer (by the threads) or just notch them with the cut off wheel. I actually got one from the factory that they forgot to drill the holes 8-o The dremel tool fixed it right up. Do a tiny bit at a time or you get too much flow. FYI- no air comes through the center hole where it connects to the battery, just the side holes.
That's a good trick Mooby, for sure. But I have had a few that just didn't suck,lol. Your trick does in fact allow the juice to flow better/wick better.
I had the same problem. I started dripping right onto the atty and it works great. Also did the straw trick and sometimes use the tip with no filter, just drips. Works great after some trial and error.
