Manual battery problem

Hey everyone.

I'm having problems with a spare battery I just received in the mail a few days ago. It is a sealed 510 manual battery made by innokin (Lea). The thing turns on and off

when I press the button three times. I have no problems with it lighting up when the battery is turned on but it wont power the atomizer. I've cleaned the 510 connection

with dry q-tips several times, tried different atomizers, tried turning it off then on, and nothing seems to work. I'm willing to accept that my battery is toast, but I don't

want to give up on it if there is a way to revive it...

Any suggestions?

Battery was 1mm from the atomizer. A little aluminum foil bridged the connection, backup battery is working again.

Beware of going from non working battery to shorted, overheating exploding battery when doing that...

IMO, using foil is asking for trouble. You don't want the battery shorting out or worse, exploding. With some in that condition, you can gently nudge up the center post in the battery. That will usually do the trick. But I would just contact the vendor from whom you got this, and ask how they would fix it.
