Manual or Automatic batteries?

I suck in juice way to often with an automatic battery

all 4 of my 510's are manual which I love

I prefer manuals for sure, but the Vapor King auto batteries are actually very very good. I almost prefer automatic on that model...but 100% manual on everything else.

I have always found the auto batteries too temperamental so just use manual ones. Still like the idea of hands free vaping but it doesn't work for me.

Don't you mean manuals? If the button gets stuck, that's what happens.

Nah, autos. I guess I don't know about other brands, but the Blucigs I had would activate when tapped or bumped.

I did vote manual, but …
… autos are great when you better have both hands free, such as when riding your bicycle. Or driving a car, I presume.
… I'd buy immediately if there was an auto that works as advertised. Easy draw, no primer puff, can't break from leaking juice, and not quite so prone to be activated by about everything.

Strictly manual for me. My very first device was an auto, and it drove me nuts with its "your drag was longer than five seconds so I'm going to blink 10 times and put you in time out."

So I switched to the 510 and now have the PureSmoker Prodigy (V1), Protege, and [soon] Prodigy V2.

I like both, depending on my mood. I have to say that my auto batteries from V4L have lasted longer than the manual ones. Depending on the cartomizer, most times I really can't tell much difference in the vapor and throat hit. On the 510, the manual does seem better. All in all, you have to experiment and go with what works best for you.

Been using auto's from the beginning. After a friend got her manual she did nothing but rave about it. So I started thinking I would jump on the band wagon and get one. Well, in an order I placed before christmas...guess what I got as an add on to my order... a manual. So, all I can say is that Im glad it was a freebee. I wont buy one with my own money. I dont get the hype. I noticed no "bigger" throat hit, more vapor, or an extended cut off. Ya'll enjoy yours.... I'll stick with my auto's

My preference is what works, that being said-- i like my 510 w/ manual batts, wanted to get my 801 on em' but the 801 manual batts don't seem to be working out hence what works, the auto batts.

I much prefer the manuals in most cases. The lone exception is the little shorty battery I have - it is light enough to use hands-free, so an auto works great for that particular instance.

Manuals. I started out with an automatic. Then I tried the 510 manuals. What a difference!

Overall I prefer manuals, but it does depend on what I'm doing. When my hands are busy, I switch to autos.

I voted manual because it's all I have since most people thought it was the way to go it is what I bought. I didn't want to risk hating the automatic.
