Since I got the XL Auto it's the only battery I use.
I don't know what the difference is but I don't need to take primer puffs like I did on the regular auto- and the thing lasts all day without recharging. I luuurve it.
I like the manuals as well but like PLSChows said- I'm too attached to the hands free thing to use the manuals very often.
