Many are turning to electronic cigarettes as alternative to smoking (in March 27 Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel)

Same thing in March 27 Marietta (GA) News Journal
The Marietta Daily Journal - Many are turning to electronic cigarettes as an alternative to smoking

While these appear to be a well written syndicated news article extolling the benefits of e-cigarettes, it is likely a disguised press release by blu.net (as that's the weblink cited in both articles when you hit the highlighted word "e-cigarettes").

Truth is the truth...Regardless of the source
Actually, a Large percent of positive articles I find doing Google searches are
marketers of e-cigs publishing the truth utilizing such articles. I know we might
not put a lot of weight in such articles...However, I look at all posted articles
with the general public in mind.

I remember a long time ago a discussion on the subject of the FDA forbidding
marketers from making any health claim benefits...I mentioned then they will
use the media in just this way to get the truth out. I remember replies suggesting
the FDA would "hammer them" if they get caught doing it...That was before the
FDA lost their case in court.

The e-cig business will get the truth out...One way or another and that's good.
I know we, for the most part, avoid posting articles where the source might be
marketers of e-cigs. However, they are doing a great job of putting the truth
in front of the public.
