okay, so I didn't get any work done tonight - on salary so there's no overtime anyway.

Anyway, had some computer problems so I decided to solder while it was sorting itself out. Used the 2C box from madvapes...

sorry about the focus and lighting - no time to play with them tonight.

Every time I see one of these tanks I just got to have one

I want to share a simple way to stop the steel tube from being pushed into the coil causing leakage. I bought some tubing from Ace hardware that fits very tightly onto the s.s tube. Cut a 1/4" length and put it on the end of the tube. Here are some pics showing what it looks like.

Thats exactly the way to describe mine..and it didnt take long. First fill up (barely over half way) turned dark the first day. I got my tank the first part of last week, so I am going to assume that it has a fairly new ce2.

I think it has to do more with the current flowing through the wires in the juice myself, I asked Bruce tonight to inquire about having those wires inside of a smaller sealed tube inside the ce2 carto, this way our juice would not be exposed and resting in these wires, just have these wires wrapped inside of a very thin sealed tube running from the bottom to the underneath of the ceramic cup or even inside of a heated shrink wrap but a sealed tube would even be better in my opinion, then the outer tube where the juice is held. they could be wrapped right around that center poll and sealed off. Anyone's thought would be welcome

Thats basically just like a Genisis atty...one like Turbo and myself are building right now. Not our design or anything...but one found in the mods section. Great concept, and eliminates the need for attys all together.

Yes you can do that they fit
Or just order a 5 pack of the CE XL's 2.5 ohm and cut them your self

I was trying to get a 3.2 tank with a 3.2 refill. Saw that only the 2.4 tank and 2.4/3.2 refills were available. Got my email at 1134 and went online at about 2:20 so if there were 3.2 tanks available they went fast.

Just now looked again and the only thing available is the 3.2 refill. Wowzers!

I'm OK with the 2.4 tank and 3.2 refill I suppose. That will allow me to try out the tank at 2.4 ohm. Seems like I read in this thread that 3.2 was the preferred ohm for this device amongst several users. Most likely only be using my Provari (when received) with the tank.

I do know that my current fav carto is the 801 Fusion at 2 oHm.

I picked up another one today my self. The first one I bought developed a crack COV replaced the tank ASAP great customer service. I bought some standard size CE2’s I filed the crack out of the tank so I will fit the smaller coil into that & have a standard size also. The smaller one should be about ½ inch shorter.
If you want to do a syringe mod you can get them @ madvapes

I was amazed how fast they went! Glad I finally got one. It will share duty on my P18, Infinity and GLV2 and probably will buy a couple more when they come back. I went back today and got 1ML Mini Clear E2 Stormy for my preordered GLV Super-Mini, which I was kinda surprised was in-stock, but everyone wants the big ones I guess.
