My problem was when I emailed them the first time Ian said 48 hr turnaround and after a week I emailed them I didnt get a response. A heads up would be nice that it's going to take longer than usual. It didnt get shipped out till Thursday night and I got it today and I'm in Windsor so it's not far. Either they should hire more people if their business is doing this good or tell people an approximate wait time when items are paid for. Just a courtesy really. In my business we always keep in touch with our customers and they can handle wait time so long as they are kept in the loop. Just my :2c:

big disapointment this order, dont know what going on with the company. placed an order on a monday and never shipped for a week, so i email them. they said that they overlooked it but they took the money so they must of knew about it so they said they would ship that day express post and give me $10 off next purchase, fair enough sounds fine with me. well order still never shipped that day until the next day and wasnt xpress like they said. so i received my order yesterday, opened it up and only 3 bottles of juice when i ordered 5, so back to the email and havent heard from them yesterday so waiting for an email from them today to see what happened to my other 2 bottles of juice that i payed for? have always like how they were fast with a reply on their email now may have to wait days to get a reply. this company as got to shape up or they are going to be loosing customers

I hope Ian gets his chit together sooner rather than later. I can't imagine it being easy with having a 1st time new baby in addition to training a new employee when already in delayed order backlogs, but he does need to get on it STAT !

I'm not as concerned as others are obviously as I order 'months' in advance of 'need'. But I do see everyone's point though.

I just ordered from them with no problems. Being in western coastal Canada, I wasn't surprised that it took a week to get to me, so no worries. They also had no problem with a 70%VG order, and were fast and helpful in emails. To top it off, when I got my order I found out that they fill their bottle right to the top, which means it's 33ML instead of 30ML like other vendors.

Ya i was lied one to many times with orders and xpress post delivery.Paid twice for xpress post but nope wasnt xpress so I'm done with them.

this is day 2 and still no reply to the email i sent, i know they have a new baby but come on? millions of others do too includeing myself but we still have to work and continue business. im not impressed with this company anymore, too bad because they have good juice

Do anybody have a phone number for them if they aint checking emails

while i see everyones point the other option would be to close his doors , id rather wait than not have access to mlv juice and you gotta remember its custom made juice not resold 100 times over which is not rare but also not common , the guy is expanding his family and if you truly enjoy his juice be like smokum and order in advance so you dont get stressed , but he does always seem to take a bit longer to get the stuff in the mail ,
maybe im just a fan boy but its one of the only juices i can vape

Look around to resellers. With cev it is sent the day I order if it's the morning and I can get 2 days after! Now that's great service!
no kidding theres are a few if i have time to wait i order directly from mlv so its made to order and nice and fresh but if im in a bind and need it quit i grab from electro and its at my house 2 days max and all ready steeped a little so win win either way if u need to get it quick grab from a reseller

Question: if thee juices are so fresh they need steeping or aging, why are they made to order? Why not make a gallon of each flavour and have stockbon hand?

My Guess is Ian is so busy the stock is out the door long before he can build stock and let it steep from what I have been reading about his juice.

Smaller company. Need space for storage, and which flavours do you stock? Some sell lots and some flavours sell a few, or sporadically sell a bunch.

Question: if thee juices are so fresh they need steeping or aging, why are they made to order? Why not make a gallon of each flavour and have stockbon hand?

....hmmm... helps to get a better understanding if you do a little math as well.....

There are an estimated 150,000 people using ecigs in Canada on any given day (number may be as high as 200,000 - but again, it's an estimate - and not a static number - so it can change every week).

There are 4 known juice-makers in Canada and only a small handful of companies who are importing. If you do the math - you see some of the problems.
