Yeah I'm not too impressed my last juice just seemed lacking in flavour and nicotine. My husband agreed they were not good and said their service is so slow...considering I was so gungho about their juices and how good they vaped, I tried to put aside they were delayed and even emailed them at the beginning of the month and they said they would send out another bottle to remedy it. Didn't receive it yet and my husband wants me to find another vendor. Just when you like a particular juice so much and get used to it as an all day vape its hard to find a subsitute. So frustrated really. You can try to order from a reseller but I noticed most of them are out of stock or low as well. I ordered from flavour crafters but the only one I didnt find perfumey was the Rich Caramel the others were like I was vaping perfume! Jugheads was good but I've yet to find a flavour I can vape all day with. My husband has gone to smoking cigarettes once in a while to satisfy his cravings thats how bad its gotten. I got to a point as well I was staring at the pack so tempted because i'm just not getting the nic I was craving and the bottles I got were 18 mg supposedly. If i'm looking at analogs there has got to be something wrong because I never did since I started vaping. My other dillema is the cartridges... I love love love the horizontal coil kanger cartomizers but the price range is crazy. one i ordered recently was disappointing to say the least most of them burnt out after the second fill which is bad. Blah just not a good experience these days...dont want to pick up analogs, running low on juice and cartridges lol

Ive found that to with this order too, the flavor seems weaker than the first order. don't know why because their after eight is pre mixed unless they are running low and diluting it. Ive moved on to jugheads excellent service, really fast xpress shipping for less than what i was paying for shipping at mlv and orders shipped the next day instead of a week or two. also they throw in a free drip tip and have more stuff for sale on their site

Yeah thats the thing mine were double shots at 18 mg that should be major flavour and great TH imo and it wasnt.. so ordered Wurthers next order and same.. was supposed to be sweetened and 18 mg and again disappointing.. They dropped the ball with my order and I've yet to hear back from them yet again. I'm shopping on Jugheads now..

my last order i had alot of trouble also, first they over looked my order and was late shipping then messed up my order and was messing 2 30 ml bottles of juice, they promised me xpress shipping which they never done and $10 off next purchase so i told them to throw in extra juice in the part of my order they forgot to ship me and they never and on top of all that when i got the remainder of my juice it was the wrong nic level in one bottle, i ordered 24Mg and they sent me a 16, so like i said i wont be doing business there again and jugheads got a new customer. i can see the new baby part but bull s**ting is another story. if you say something and don't do it thats what turned me away. telling customers lies is bad for business

I ordered some yesterday. He hasn't even picked up the interac transfer. I ordered Backwood Brews famous RY4 and Ejoker this morning. And some Jokesmoke and RY4 from Jugheads. Both BWB and Jugheads send an order confirmation, as did MLV, but BWB and JH both sent additional notes thanking me for the business and to stay tuned for the next update from them Unless MLV surprises me, I don't see why I should order from them again until they can run things like a business. I certainly hope his Aaaargh why 4 is worth it.

I ordered from flavour crafters but the only one I didnt find perfumey was the Rich Caramel the others were like I was vaping perfume!

Goes to show you how different peoples tastes are, i LOVE the strawberry, watermelon and bluberry from FC, I thought the Caramel was awful, tasted nothing like caramel to me lol.

Yeah I just ordered from Jugs as well and they have picked up my EMT and sent me an email saying ill have tracking by tomorrow. See I have no problem waiting a few days depending where its being sent and if your busy hire help lol but it seems constant now with MLV and I hate to say it but they will lose me and many of my friends business. No communication and not seeming to care about your customers will hurt you in the long run IMO. Also it seems the recipes are off the nicotine is off or being cut down. I didn't receive another bottle yet... ah well Just going to buy more from jugheads and start DIY as I realised I'm not a fan of the chinese juices lol

My second order with MLV arrived yesterday without any issues. Took a total of 10 days of which I'd prefer sooner but am willing to wait for the juice that I truly enjoy. As far as changes in taste, I won't be able to determine for some weeks. I did not contact MLV during the wait, so I cannot comment on communication time. For personal reasons, I will continue to support MLV but not exclusively. For the record all bottles were correctly shipped with no "Lagniappe"

I personally am getting very fed up with MLV. Before the the new year and the baby everything was fantastic. However, after they reopened for business it has been all down hill. Ordered on Feb 13 and waited 2 weeks for my order to arrive (usually only 2-3 days as they are only 1.5 hours down the road). When it did arrive it was wrong (missing 90ml of juice). Since then I have emailed them 4 times checking on the status each time being told they would get it right out. The last response from them was 3 days ago. Still nothing. No further emails and no 90mls of juice that I paid for over a month ago. Just a wee bit ...... off.

Send Jugz an email with your request. Maybe he'll be able to come up with something. And yes, it's never a good feeling when a vendor takes your money then just disappears with no contact. Very uneasy feeling!

I've gone though my withdrawal of that. I've got some other ADV that are doing me well now

Both BWB and Jughead's have remained in constant contact with updates, and today, shipping notices and tracking numbers and "personal" not "generic" emails from both. From MLV........not a freakin word!!!

well in fairness you all placed orders knowing well the situation at hand , im not saying its ok , but u were pre warned
i for one hope Ian and his family are healthy and everything is ok over there , i know i will continue to deal with them because the only canadian juice i can vape for more than an hour comes from him i have been around here for a while and i remember another vendor having a bit of a crisis and having to back log and closes and open ordering , bwb from the states, i only bring it up cause it was mentioned earlier, don gave an apology / update on his situation said orders would be backlogged , another famous vendor making us juices fresh to order , only difference i see is his customers were understanding and loyal i dont remember them all pulling out the pitchforks ,no one knows why Ian is busy , maybe he has to work extra at his normal job to help his new family maybe some one fell ill no one knows mabey he just enjoys being a new father but he told everyone to expect a delay ,

It is funny how quick customer loyalty wanes in the advent of personal circumstances. The only problem with Ian is that he ran his sales for far too long trying to accommodate for life circumstances. During this time frame everyone took advantage of the situation without any second thought, further exacerbating the problem.

Folks were eager participants in the current dilemma but have demonstrated no remorse for their own personal actions.

In closing for the mob that has gathered with pitch forks or yet willing to toss him under the bus, perhaps need to view their own reflection prior to doing so. Ian got inundated with your orders and hence some of the problem. Folks knew of the back log yet ordered again to take advantage of sale prices. Totally despicable IMHO, vultures at a feeding frenzy. Sad, :(
