Well, looks like the Mayor just has to sign off on it. They didn't get e-cigs excluded. This is freaking ridiculous.

I have a hard time believing that the mayor will sign off on it. As of today, at least from what I can tell, he has not. While he is more concerned with the language and rules about private clubs, he does know our concerns. Honestly, even if he does sign off on it, still isn't going to stop me from stealth vaping in bathrooms. They will have absolutely no way to prove it's happening. Others may disagree with this, but to each their own I suppose.

Well looks like I was wrong... He signed it after all. Not sure when it goes into effect... Hopefully not immediately or I have been breaking the law all day at my desk .

I think I heard it was going into effect sometime in June.
