Smoking ban update

In case anyone missed it, the state smoking ban, or what's left of it, passed the senate.

Bars are exempted, which personally I agree with. I think it's a bar owner's, and bar customer's choice.

Also check out Bill Godshall's comments.

"If/when that occurs, there is likely to be few if any local smoking bans in the near future in local jurisdictions throughout Indiana. But since the state legislation contains lots of exemptions, I suspect that another bill will be introduced in Indiananopolis/Marion County in the future that would again seek to ban smoking in all bars and to also ban e-cigarette use in all workplaces."
