Apparently this company doesn't "get it." If you apply to the FDA for a New Drug Application for your product to treat a particular condition (e.g., prevent Parkinson's), first of all, your product has to be approved by the FDA for that purpose. Then, and only then, can you make those particular health claims. Getting approved for one use does not give the company the right to make other health claims such as improving sexual performance or sleep.

I'm guessing the entire web site was created in China by people who speak English but who don't understand how our laws work.
