I hope I am posting this in the right section. mods, please move to proper section if I have missed the mark.
I'm starting to have a problem keeping track of my cartomizers and what flavors are in them. Some are very easy to put on a battery and just taste, but I would like to know if someone has a way to mark or label them so you could easily look at the carto and tell what flavor is in it. I have tried the search function and perhaps I did not put in the right terms, but I haven't been able to find anything on the forum specific to this.
Any suggestions as to how I can do this? I like to try lots of different flavors and I'm getting quite a pile of cartos that are sort of enigmas to me. I'd appreciate any ideas as to what I could do to get better organized.... wow.... now there is a dream..... organized.
Thanks in advance for any and all replies..... hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving...... Horton

That sure did help, Laurae...... thank you very much for the quick reply. I'll pick one up tomorrow and give that a try. I figure an office supply store would be my best bet? I don't care if I have to write over it when it wears..... it would be much better than the non-system I currently have....lol
Again, my thanks for the suggestion.... Horton

Here, there, everywhere!
Wal-Mart too....I of course got an off brand that has multiple colors:) But I like it. Just write low on it so it doesn't get on your lips...lol.

If you use cartomizers like Boge's you might not have to write over it because they are porous, I use the Genuine Joye and they are plastic so it doesn't stay on real well.

i keep the rubber endcaps around, for filling and storage. with a regular ball-point pen, like a bic, you can easily write on the end of the endcap. obviously you can't fit much, but a CT or a 4 is enough to know its a caramel tobacco or an ry4. the writing rubs off fairly easily, which can occasionally happen accidentally, but not often. its convenient though, that it wipes off easily, so you can interchange caps and you can indicate if it is a freshly filled carto or one that needs to be topped off.

its very simple and has worked well for me. once my p10 gets here though, i plan on carrying minimal cartos with me.

I put a tiny dot of nailpolish on towards the bottom of the carto (different color for each flavor)... I suppose any kind of paint would do, actually, if you don't have a bunch of different colored nailpolish on hand.

If you have a whole lot of flavors/cartos going, I'd probably put a matching dot on the bottle of each flavor (I don't do it because I really never have more than about 2-3 different flavors going at any given time)

I tried sharpies, but they just rubbed off.

I'm really cheap, just purchased a generic set of self adhesive multi purpose labels..the small multi colored ones. $.99 at the dollar store. I write the name of the juice and the mg (I use 24 and 18 mg) slap it on a cart or carto (trim to fit). So far, I haven't lost any of them and I always know what I'm going to be vaping before I vape it. :)

Thank you once again to everyone who has responded to this thread. I never expected this many ideas to try. And they all sound great!! What a wonderful community ECF is. I did pick up a silver sharpie today and have used it on some black cartos and so far so good. Now I need to figure out which way I'll go with the silver ones. Only two colors in this stable.... silver and black. At least so far....lol. My wife may opt for some color and throw me for a loop, but with all the ideas here, I think I can deal with any color imaginable.
Again, my heartfelt thanks for all of the suggestions.... Horton
