However, I was using a label maker and cutting it down to size and just using a number system....but I like the masking tape method MUCH better.

Blue painter tape. Stays on but will peel off easy when you want without leaving any sticky stuff behind.
As I have 10 tanks, I just keep a list on note pad on my computer what tank is what. As I have them lined up to what the notepad says. Then when I'm done with 1 juice I know were it goes to switch to another tank/flavor. OCD much? 
I find these to be very hand for marking.

A small bit of painters tape with the first letter of the flavor that is in the tank. However I only allow myself 2 tanks running at the same time now, I no longer need to do this. It got way out of hand there or a while.
I use blue painters tape too, and a 1 to 3 letter abbreviation for the juice flavor in the tank. The strips of tape are anywhere from 0.25in by 0.25in to 0.5in by 0.5in, depending on how many letters and what tank. I then use a black sharpie to write on it with.
I use tiny ponytail holders and different beaded charms of different colors. Put the tiny rubberband of matching color around bottle. My hubby used different colored evods for his different flavors. Black was tobacco, blue was coffee, red was fireball etc.

"Out of hand" is exactly how I have described my situation lately. I counted and I have around 35 juices. The ocd part comes in here. ... I bought fishing tackle containers. They have nice little adjustable dividers. So, I have a cell for each different juice. Each one holds the juice bottle, filler bottle, and tank. They all have coordinating colors. I have juices in 2 of these and have a 3rd for supplies. Ex. Coils clearos, and what not. So, before work each day, I grab my coffee, sit down and "pack" my vaping and battery choices for the night in a case. As you can see, I'm totally not into this vaping stuff at all lol
As I stated, I use different drip tips for each of over 16 flavors.
When the flavor diminishes - I just switch to a fresh, clean, rebuilt tank and continue my vape.
Once every day or two I clean/rebuild the nasties and set them out for reuse.
I keep at least 5 additional tanks for convenience.
When I switch tanks, I don't just switch drip tips I switch the entire top cap.
(too much wear and tear replacing only the drip tips)

I keep about 5 Kayfuns in rotation. I usually only have 2 out at a time. The ones Im not using stay in empty pill bottles with the juice bottle on top of them.
