Marlboro Light Smoker - Flavor & Strength?

Help....I'm really new to this and was a menthol smoker and I've just played around with flavors.
Friend who is a Marlboro Light smoker wants to start vapeing right away and I need to know what to recommend to her as far as strength and flavor goes.
I buy from V4L so it would be super helpful if someone could recommend one of their flavors.

Finding the right flavor and nicotine strength is quite a journey, and no one can give you the answer you are looking for. The only thing that varies more than what nicotine strength any given person winds up needing is what flavors they will end up liking.

Having said that, for a pack-per-day Marlboro light smoker I would imagine they would eventually settle in somewhere around 16mg or 18mg strength. But don't be surprised if they need higher than that to feel like they are getting what they need.

As far as flavors go, NOTHING tastes like burning tobacco leaves with 4000 added chemicals.

There are many threads around here about the best tobacco flavors.
You will find no consensus whatsoever, but you can get a lot of ideas.

Just use the Search function and search for threads with "tobacco" in the title.

The have quite a variety of flavors, so hopefully someone in there who was a Marlboro Lights smoker can provide some suggestions. We smoked Marlboro Mediums, and my wife likes the Cowboy flavor, but I never warmed up much to the tobacco flavors and now predominantly use menthol flavors. For some reason I found them much more satisfying. Good luck!

I smoked Marlboro Ultra Lights. About a pack and half a day. 18 mg is my sweet spot. Wowboy from V4L works great for me. Hope this helps.

Pianoguy...I kinda figured that but I'm soooo new I can only post here! But, from being a lurker since I found this new obsession I just knew I could count on help from the ecf forum members! Never seen anything like it!
The 18 mg strength helps alot as a starting point, especially since I happen to have a few of the 18mg Wowboy carts (thanks Chelsean!) (When I placed my first order I went nuts on different carts to reduce my risk of failing!)

I was a Morlboro Light or Camel No 9 smoker...about a pack a day. I found 24 too strong and headache inducing. 18 works for me, but by the evening i need something less because i tend to vape more at night. I quickly discovered that i dont care for the tobacco flavors at all.

I can tell you what not to buy...TW Marlboro flavour. It doesn't taste of Marlboros, it tastes of, bluntly, vom.

Embrace the vaping revolution. Try something new. Probably at 24mg.
