To replicate this flavor I mixed:

60% Smooth Menthol (Juicy)
20% Extreme Ice (Vapor North)
20% Newpoints (Vapor North)

The "Newpoints" flavor is the the non-menthol tobacco component of the Marlboro Smooth. This is an easy mix and its extremely close!
