I sympathize my friend, they've just resumed the ban in my state too (Mt). Think you might need to consider a drive across the border for that juice. I believe you can have coils and such mailed to you from online sites now, others may need to correct me but you may need to get unflavored e liquid and doctor it with diy flavoring concentrates. But very few companies now will risk their business to sell flavored e liquids to your state or mine.

Unless there's an overseas retailer that will agree to ship to you, I'm afraid you're out of luck. For a couple of years now it's been illegal to sell any juices specifically to Arkansas residents without an Arkansas license. Because most don't want to bother or there's too many hoops, they don't ship here.
You'll also find that some won't ship hardware anymore either because they can't/don't want to separate out the juice sales from the hardware sales in their cart software.
As Furby mentioned, your best bet is to take a trip to whichever neighboring state is easiest to access. I hear that business is booming across the lines in New Hampshire and Connecticut with plenty of MA license plates in the parking lots.
