I am using the igo w with dual 5/64 airhole and lately I have been just using a single coil build and using duct tape to plug the other hole. After awhile I notice the duct tape alters the flavor quite a bit. Anyone use any other method for plugging an air hole that doesn't alter the flavor?

For my Pulse clone I cut a tapered pin out of high speed steel, stuck it in from the inside, put it on a mandrel (round hunk of steel close to the size of the inside of the cap) and tapped it down. Then ground it off close and polished it.
For 5/64, find a 3/32 drill bit (or any other 3/32 tool, that's a standard size, there are tons of them) that's broken, taper it a little bit until it fits in, cut it off at a point where it doesn't fit in. There's your pin.

Oh; there's aluminum rivets; I'd bought some rivets; they come in different sizes; the key thing here is I notice they don't rust so that would be a plus; I'm using one to mod an evod base with the bottom of a protank coil to turn it into an ego-ego adapter to act as a spacer.
Roll up small piece of aluminum foil and shove it! Use a knife to smooth it out.

Clear round stickers (like the ones used in mailing) and a hole punch. You get a nice small round sticker that is hard to see unless you look close, and it holds well without messing with the flavor like duct tape will. I use 2 on my mini pro 2 and gets the perfect amount of draw for what I like, and they are easy to take off without leaving sticker adhesive behind.
I would have thought Blu-Tak would work. It's pretty inert and it handles moderate heat well. I've not got around to trying it yet though.
To be clear, the pressure from beating on it goes on the mandrel not the other side of the cap. (Otherwise you risk knocking the cap out of round.)
I would plug it with an igo l. Much easier!

i use 2 pieces of clear tape, I put the smaller one taped against the bigger tape and align it to the airhole that way there is no glue on the hole so no contamination with the liquid
I tried a rubber ban until it started tasting like rubber. Then I made a short tube from a juice bottle, slotted it, held on with a rubber band away from the hole. It will cover extra holes and the edge can be used as an air flow control. Or clear tape.
