A rivot would be easiest for me.
Solder would end up being the same as a rivot because it won't stick. You could find someone with a wire welder to give it a little zap.

But what I did was figure out a set up that worked with the dual set up. I haven't really liked duals. Don't like 3Ω coils, didn't like sub-ohm. With my dual gennie on a Vamo that has to be 2.4Ω-3Ω coils I figured out to stack so I could go high voltage. With the W I figured out to use my liked 2Ω coils and stack 18350s in an SVD to push it hard enough, once I figure out what flavor(s) I want to focus on with it I'll probably drop the nicotine level so I'll use it more. I'll probably end up with another SVD to use 2Ω (1Ω dual) coils in my gennie too.

I'll still have issues with the dual gennie leaking when set down and drippers leaking if tipped wrong so they'll never see as much use as singles but figuring out high voltage and my usual coils allows me to enjoy cloud and flavor chasing here and there.

All this is probably a sign that I should get on the dual coil bandwagon like everyone else.

Short of a stainless steel plug/screw, use the silicone rubber. It has high temp resistance and is inert. Properties:

Low thermal conductivity
Low chemical reactivity
Low toxicity
Thermal stability (constancy of properties over a wide temperature range of −100 to 250 °C).

That's 480 degrees Fahrenheit. It's a much better choice that aluminum foil (which can both burn and leach).

The O.C.
cut the tip off a pin and press fit it in.
