Material for plugging an airhole

Although not the exact same application, I used a piece of cork to plug the fill hole on my KF clone. That might work
It's easy stuff to work with and easily removed if need be.

Just plugged my Kraken (condensation would leak out of the extra hole). Used brass (yes I know brass has a small percentage of lead, it's a tiny piece).

I over-drilled the airhole in one of my AGA-T2. Now its too airy of a draw. I partially plugged the hole with Scotch Tape. Seems to be working well so far.

I drilled the holes too big in my IGO-W as well. What I did was fill them with JB Steel Stik, packing it in from the inside with a finger tightly pressed on the outside. Once they looked filled, I quickly tried to scrape off the uncured compound from the inside of the cap. Anything that was left got sanded out after it was cured. I then re-drilled with a smaller bit just spinning it in my fingers. Works and looks great now.

It would be pretty cool to tap one of the holes so you could block it with a screw, or have the option of leaving it open for a dual coil setup.

It seems like taping it and using a SS screw would be the best option. If you wanted to go back to duals just pull the screw out.

for me the tape is the best option, you will need to change once in a while when it begins to unglue but it is the most aesthetic solution, you won't see it. I have use this method on a few drippers but here is a picture in the AFC of a kayfun lite
