I think if you can get under 3mg/ml, might as well quit nic altogether.

Why would you say that.. Say you use allot of juice evryday.. I have heard of peeps using 20mls and more per day. at 1mg/ml thats over 20mg per day.. Which is about equal to a 1/4to1/2 PAD smoker. Or about a 1/3 of what I vape per day using 10-12mg/ml juice.

Moar math -

I made 125ml of 6mg 55/45 @ 15% flavor for a friend. She actually wants 12mg.

How much 100mg nic (PG), VG & flavoring (PG) do I add to keep my ratios but change it to 12mg?

I already know the answer but it's a good DIY exercise. My answer is simple and gets within .5% of all.

    2 instances of e-juicemeup + windoze calculator

    add 10.5ml nic, 10.75ml VG & 3.75ml flavor to change 6mg 55/45 @ 15% flavor to 12mg (same ratios +/- .4%) CMIIW

You add 10.5ml of 100mg nic to the 125ml 6mg liquid you have ?

The calc says that's what I have to add.

It took 7.5ml/100mg to make 125ml of 6mg juice.
Now I need to make 150ml of 12mg to get my final ratios within spec.

There might be a better tool for this but I've been using ejuicemeup for 2 years and this isn't the first time I had to change the final "product".
