You will get a dry or burnt taste out of your juice that happens

Yes so I understand :)

I used to get this sometimes with me eGo

But if that happened it ruined the tank and I then had to swap it out

With the nautilus being far more expensive I don't want to take it to that level

Or can it be salvaged once you get that burned taste?

There is no pat answer. It depends a lot on your juice. Start out low volts work your way up till you find your sweet spot, If it starts to taste burnt back it off. Once it starts to taste bad or a lot less vapor put a new coil in and clean the old one. Yes you can clean the old coil.
