Ok fast tech users i have a question, just looked at my order and they are saying it shipped, does that mean anything, they do have a tracking number for it already listed on their site, should i get my hopes up ill see it by next week, or is that a pipe dream

I'd give it 10 to 14 days from shipping. It can sit in China for days before it actually goes anywhere, but it's definitely on the move! :)

Sounds like a bad battery to me. I have a married set in mine, the ones I got for my XCube, they drain evenly. I love my Fuchai :D
This is the first time I have run across this. I have heard of it but was never sure what the cause was. All my married batteries have markings on them but I think I will put some extra markings on these 2 to see if the one that's really low does the same thing again. I LOVE that the Fuchai shows me what's going on with each battery and warns me when they are off balance. How cool is that?? I love my Fuchai, too. I would much rather it be a bad battery than something wrong with the Fuchai's wiring. :)

Eh, don't worry about it. I've been using married pairs and it happens every so often to me too. It's because the mod actually does have protection in it so if the battery charge levels get too different, it will prevent the mod from firing. I just swap out the batteries and continue on.
But is it one of the batteries that causes that? Should I unmarry this pair?

I had a busy day today.....my wife works nights and when she came home this morning, she told me that on the drive home, she took out a row of 5 mailboxes a few blocks away from home. Smashed the passenger side rear view mirror on her car. The glass part of the mirror is gone.....the turn signal lens in the mirror housing is in pieces, and the mirror housing itself is all scratched up. Getting it replaced by the Mercedes dealer will cost $1,000. Found a replacement on ebay (in the same color) for $168 and should be getting the part by the end of the week. Also had to purchase a set of special 5-point torx security bits on Amazon since Mercedes uses them. Was researching Youtube videos and forum posts on how to remove and replace the mirror online most of the day.

The problem is that when we purchase the batteries and marry them in pairs, we have no idea whether the batteries are the same age. We just assume that since we purchased the batteries at the same time, then they would be identical and came off the same assembly line in the same batch with the same age. For all we know, one battery could have been manufactured a month before we bought them, and the other could have been manufactured a year ago.

My Pure tanks from Fasttech shows that it got processed through Beijing yesterday (Friday). So that means I should get it by the end of this coming week at the earliest, or by the middle of the following week.

And I had gotten notice from Fasttech this past Tuesday that the package had shipped.
Mine still says acceptance...at least it shipped earlier than it was originally scheduled

Lol...it IS FT...there's always some anger involved
With FT, you never know. I always choose the USPS e-packet shipping, and sometimes it takes just over a week and sometimes it takes much longer. This time around, it took 3 or 4 days from the time I got the shipping notification email until the tracking showed that it was actually processed by the Chinese post office. Some other times, it only took a day.

And the processing time on the US side can vary too. My last package from Fasttech only took one day from the time it arrived in the US until it showed up in my mailbox. Other times, it took as long as a week.

At least it doesn't look like it will be too terribly difficult to replace. I definitely won't be able to just swap out the unit though. That would require me removing the entire door panel. I'm going to have to disassemble the replacement when it arrives and just replace the parts.

At least it's something you can do yourself! That's good.

Yeah, the last thing I need is to spend another $1,000....not after spending $800 for 4 tires and front brake pads and rotors for my son's car 3 weeks ago, and $1,100 for 4 tires for my car yesterday.

Yikes! Are you going to have to replace any mailboxes?
