You barter like I do, lol! One year my hubby went fishing on my birthday. I don't think we were married yet, even. He called me and asked me what I wanted for my birthday and I pulled the "Oh, you don't need to get me anything!" trick and it backfired! He said, "Good, because I just broke my Lamiglass fishing rod and I need to get a new one." ! Sooo, I just stashed that away for future use and when my daughter left home abruptly when she was 18 I told hubby I was going to Portland to pick up a $400 puppy because I needed a distraction. Of course he balked at the price, but all I had to say was "Remember when you got a fishing pole on my birthday?" He clammed right up! He loves her, though. He calls her Oscar for some unknown reason. Always has. It drives Kennedie crazy!

Love it!!! Besides you got a deal! I paid 200$ more for Rio. But hubby did not complain since originally I was going to get a new foundland that cost 1500$

I love the new slippers!!

I hate car shopping!! I cannot emphasis how much! My plan is to just send hubby and son. Antonio will make sure that Hubby buys what I want.

We only paid $300 for Homer but he isn't papered and it shows, lol! He is 1/8th Argentine Dogo and boy oh boy is that 1/8th prominent, lol! Yeah hubby was mad because he said I paid $400 for a "mutt" when I got Lhattie. I told him she's a designer dog! There's a difference! She's 1/2 Lhasa Apso and 1/2 West Highland White Terrier. I love the mix. She's definitely my baby.

Oh man I could never send someone else to car shop for me! I got my SUV when hubby was in North Dakota so he didn't even see it until after I got it. I was so proud of myself. It's good when you know exactly what you want, though. I had an idea but was not completely sold on anything until I drove this one, and even then I made changes and got upgrades on it. The hardest part was waiting for it to be done!

That is very reasonable!! I think Rio is our most expensive dog. Rescue dogs are wonderful!
I would have gone that route but we do not have a Humane Society in this town. (no Animal control at all)
In the next town over everything is a pit bull mix.
There is a lot of dog fighting in this area And just strays all over!! I have never seen anything like it.
One of the first things our neighbor Randy (who is Law Enforcement) warned us about was to be careful about letting our dog out because a lot of dogs get dog napped by the dog fighters.
I never let them out alone or without a leash.
Our yard is about 1.5 acres and is fenced but the fencing is crappy in some places. No one really maintained it over the years.

Rio has papers. But like I explaineed above.. I just wanted to be sure what I was getting. Also I liked that his parents were at the house. We got to meet them and evaluate their tempraments. (Sweetest dogs ever!!)
They did not care at all that strangers were playing with their babies! They just wanted to snuggle with us too.

They know that is my standard. must have a sunroof or be a convertable.

Although my son thinks he maybe can fix this one. He thinks he can maybe put in a new engine himself.
I think he could if our neighbor or one of the firefighters he volunteers with can help him.

Coil is reading .46 and crankin 18.5 watts. Except for being at tad warmer and half the pull time it seems like exactly the same vape I've been getting from the iCares or LEMOs @ 1.1 and 14 watts? Am I missing sumthin?

I will! He replaced the fan himself ..which required taking almost the entire front end apart.
That was scary to watch! Litterally had my car in pieces all over the yard! Even took the hood off!
I was cringing the entire time watching from the porch!
But he did a great job!

Just finished play time with max...chased him outside with a brush...major zoomies today! He doesn't know it yet, but he's getting drugged later so I can really brush him....lmaoooo

Sure. It's just nuts, bolts and wires. A good vehicle specific manual - 15 bucks-ish at auto parts. And a SAFE way to hoist the engine and he'll be fine. Engine hoists can be rented but aren't really that expensive. Maybe you can start him in business?
