I agree! We got puppies from our dog Cindy when I was a kid and she got out during her first cycle. She was all of 4 months old when she got pregnant!!! It was horrible. She was so young! We got her fixed after that litter. My mom didn't realize how hard it would be to keep the neighbor dogs away from her. That's so funny about her sitting outside her kennel, though. You just have to shake your head and laugh!

It can happen so easy! Sometimes it happens accidentally I hate puppy mills, because they breed them from their first cycle up until they are bred to death.
I did just that! I shook my head and said her name. Lol Also, she was so excited to see me that I just could not be too upset

My mom used to make them with miracle whip and use chopped sweet pickle in them they had a sweet note to them very good.

Try doing that on a 3-year-old! I had to keep Ashleigh awake all night long so they could do an EEG on her. The drive to the hospital was the worst! Luckily I had my best friend with me and she kept Ash awake while I drove. They had to do an awake, drowsy and sleep study on her because she was having migraines. They said everything was normal except her brain didn't slow down at all during sleep. It explained a lot about her later years, lol!

I did a rotation through the EEG lab while I was in Korea...we had a little one that needed an awake and a sleep one..had the worst time getting her to sleep, too!

I have a rubber insert that has two slots for mods, one hole that fits a battery, and a little coil slot that's good for coils
It's old, think it was to hold an old cell phone and pager

Mark had a sleep study done when he was about 7/8, worst night of my life, i had to sleep on a cold concrete floor the entire night and was running a fever the entire time, he didnt have sleep apnea, but i still wonder to this day if he does. It runs in the family thats for certain

Ugh, that sounds awful! I think aside from the whole trying to keep Ashleigh awake while not falling asleep myself part, the worst part was trying to get all that superglue out of her hair from the EEG leads!

well, went to bed at 9:30, didn't actually get to sleep til 1. That finger monitor thing...omg!! Like I just move a hair and have to fiddle with it to get the light green again. Of course Jake was up playing games with the boys and the later it got the louder he got, I even had earplugs in and 12:47 I got up and I was like ok cut it out. But the test complete gave me a green light so yay. Just got to ship it off and wait a couple weeks to see what the results are.

Yay, you made it! Sounds like with a lot of difficulty, but at least its done. Now comes the hard part; waiting for the results!

I agree about the puppy mills. It makes me sick to think of those poor dogs with zero love and human contact whose sole purpose is to produce puppies. And if the puppies aren't perfect they are "destroyed." People are so awful sometimes!!!

Oh they do know exactly how to play us with that excited greeting and adorable expression, don't they? This has been my weekend so far. Watching Homer with his favorite human is the BEST!! The first picture is them yesterday morning and the second one is them this morning. So cute!!
