Thank for the recipes!! It is deer meat. It is already cut into medallions. My friend Tracy in Oregon.. her hubby got the deer and had it processed at his butcher. He had some pepperoni and jerky made also, which he took and had packed in dry ice and sent to me to try.
I have had venison before when I was really young but had never had pepperoni or jerky from it.

It's soooooo good! My husband has a friend in Oklahoma who smokes everything. We traded him home canned tuna for boxes of pepperoni and jerkey all summer. YUM. I told him he needs to start a Meat of the Month club and I will be a charter member and chief sampler, lol!
At least this time, it'd be voluntary!!
Well I was going to dye my hair this evening, but it probably would've helped if I made sure I had all of the stuff before planning to do so. 
I don't have the correct conditioner on hand so it will have to wait a day or two.
So my next door neighbors always go all out for decorating for Christmas and have a bunch of inflatable things with lights and music. I guess I just normally take the dogs outside before and after they turn them all on, even though I have never thought about it. I just took them out now and Charm was very upset about the giant lighted things that weren't supposed to be there, lol.
