He did! Thank you! All our snow is gone now but we have been having freezing rain all day. It's supposed to rain through tomorrow then get REALLY cold but no snow. It's only supposed to get up to 35 degrees during the day from Tuesday through Thursday. Yikes!

Hope it's fixed. My washing machine is leaking now. When I say leaking, I mean pouring out water all over the floor within seconds of turning it on... lol.

I'm hoping the water pump is bad, but we haven't had a chance to take it apart to check yet. If it is the water pump, it seems like a relatively simple repair with a $10 part.
